Bacterial Reagent Set for Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. dieffenbachiae (Xad)
This ELISA test is a qualitative serological assay for the detection of Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. dieffenbachiae (Xad), the causal agent of bacterial blight of anthurium, in bacterial cultures and plant vascular tissue streams. Xad is a member of the Xanthomonas genus known for having 27 plant disease causing species able to infect 400 different plant species.
