Bacterial Reagent Set for Burkholderia glumae (Bg)
This ELISA test is a qualitative serological assay for the detection of Burkholderia glumae (Bg), the causal agent of grain rot, in rice leaf and seed as well as bacterial cultures. Bg is a member of the Burkholderia genus, formally part of Pseudomonas, known for their Gram-negative, obligately aerobic, rod-shaped bacteria.
