This ELISA test is a qualitative serological assay for the detection of Acidovorax avenae (Aa) or Acidovorax avenae pv. avenae, the causal agent of bacterial stripe of rice, in rice seed and tissue soaks as well as bacterial cultures. Aa is a member of the Acidovorax genus known for their gram-negative bacteria.
