Intended Use:

The positive control for Xylella fastidiosa (Xf) is a lyophilized positive control derived from synthetic nucleic acids and manufactured to serve as a positive control with our AmplifyRP® XRT for Xf.

The positive control for Xf is designed to be non-infectious and to specifically react with the chemistry in the AmplifyRP® XRT for Xf. This control is not recommended for use in other applications.
