Intended Use:

The positive control for Watermelon crinkle leaf-associated virus 1 & 2 (WCLaV-1,2) is a lyophilized positive control derived from synthetic nucleic acids and manufactured to serve as a positive control with our AmplifyRP® XRT for WCLaV-1,2.

The positive control for WCLaV-1,2 is designed to be non-infectious and to specifically react with the chemistry in the AmplifyRP® XRT for WCLaV-1,2. This control is not recommended for use in other applications.
