Positive Control for Strawberry mild yellow edge virus (SMYEV)
Intended Use:
Agdia has two positive control options for a SMYEV positive control. One option is a lyophilized tissue control, LPC 14500. The other is a lyophilzed synthetic control, CPC 14500.
The tissue positive control for SMYEV is a lyophilized positive control derived from naturally infected tissue and manufactured to serve as a positive control with our SMYEV ELISA.
The synthetic positive control for SMYEV is a synthetically produced material, not derived from plant tissue, designed to specifically react with antibodies used in our SMYEV ELISA. This control is not recommended for use in molecular applications.
