Intended Use:

Agdia has two positive control options for a PRSV positive control. One option is a lyophilized tissue control, LPC 53500. The other is a lyophilzed synthetic control, CPC 53500.

The tissue positive control for PRSV is a lyophilized positive control derived from naturally infected tissue and manufactured to serve as a positive control with our PRSV ELISA.

The synthetic positive control for PRSV is a synthetically produced material, not derived from plant tissue, designed to specifically react with antibodies used in our PRSV ELISA. This control is not recommended for use in molecular applications.
