Intended Use:

The positive control for Phytophthora ramorum (Pram) is a lyophilized positive control derived from synthetic nucleic acids and manufactured to serve as a positive control with our AmplifyRP® XRT for Pram.

The positive control for Pram is designed to be non-infectious and to specifically react with the chemistry in the AmplifyRP® XRT for Pram. This control is not recommended for use in other applications.

• Makes 8, 25 µL positive controls.
