Intended Use:

Agdia has two positive control options for a PepMV positive control. One option is a lyophilized tissue control, LPC 13001. The other is a lyophilzed synthetic control, CPC 13001.

The tissue positive control for PepMV is a lyophilized positive control derived from naturally infected tissue and manufactured to serve as a positive control with our PepMV ELISA.

The synthetic positive control for PepMV is a synthetically produced material, not derived from plant tissue, designed to specifically react with antibodies used in our PepMV ELISA. This control is not recommended for use in molecular applications.
