Intended Use:

The positive control for Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense Tropical Race 4 (Foc TR4) is a lyophilized positive control derived from synthetic nucleic acids and manufactured to serve as a positive control with our AmplifyRP® XRT for Foc TR4.

The positive control for Foc TR4 is designed to be non-infectious and to specifically react with the chemistry in the AmplifyRP® XRT for Foc TR4. This control is not recommended for use in other applications.
