Intended Use:

The positive control for Fusarium oxysporum (Fo) is a lyophilized positive control derived from synthetic nucleic acids and manufactured to serve as a positive control with our AmplifyRP® XRT for Fo.

The positive control for Fo is designed to be non-infectious and to specifically react with the chemistry in the AmplifyRP® XRT for Fo. This control is not recommended for use in other applications.
