XRT Positive Control for Cmn (Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. nebraskensis)
Intended Use:
The positive control for Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. nebraskensis (Cmn) is a lyophilized positive control derived from synthetic nucleic acids and manufactured to serve as a positive control with our AmplifyRP® XRT for Cmn.
The positive control for Cmn is designed to be non-infectious and to specifically react with the chemistry in the AmplifyRP® XRT for Cmn. This control is not recommended for use in other applications.
