Intended Use:

The positive control for Beet pseudoyellows virus and Strawberry pallidosis-associated virus (BPYV & SPaV) is a lyophilized positive control derived from synthetic nucleic acids and manufactured to serve as a positive control with our AmplifyRP® XRT for BPYV & SPaV.

The positive control for BPYV & SPaV is designed to be non-infectious and to specifically react with the chemistry in the AmplifyRP® XRT for BPYV & SPaV. This control is not recommended for use in other applications.
