This ELISA test is a qualitative serological assay for the detection of Wheat streak mosaic virus (WSMV) in corn and wheat leaves and corn seed. WSMV is a member of the Tritimovirus genus known for their non-enveloped, flexuous, filamentous-shaped virus particles.
