PathoScreen® Kit for Prunus necrotic ringspot virus (PNRSV)
This ELISA test is a qualitative serological assay for the detection of Prunus necrotic ringspot virus (PNRSV), one of the causal agents of Rose Mosaic Disease, in prunus and rose leaves. PNRSV is a member of the Ilarvirus genus known for their non-enveloped, quasi-spherical-shaped virus particles.
