This ELISA test is a qualitative serological assay for the detection of Bean pod mottle virus (BPMV) in bean leaves, soybean leaves and seeds, and beetles. BPMV is a member of the Comovirus genus known for their non-enveloped, icosahedral-shaped virus particles.
