ImmunoStrip® for CP4 EPSPS (RR)
This Agdia ImmunoStrip® for Roundup Ready® is designed and validated for detecting the presence or absence of the CP4 EPSPS (RR) protein in single seed and leaves and for testing bulk mixtures. The Agdia Roundup Ready® ImmunoStrip® is validated for testing transgenic corn, cotton, and soybean with a detection limit of 1 in 1000 seeds (0.1%).
These strips are commonly used by plant breeders, universities and private testing labs who want fast, clear results.
Agdia ImmunoStrip® for Roundup Ready® has been evaluated by the USDA, AMS, Federal Grain Inspection Service (FGIS) and was found to meet all test performance criteria as defined in the “Design Criteria and Test Performance Specifications for Biotechnology Rapid Test Kits,” May 2017 version.
