Intended Use:

Amplicon Detection Chambers are used in conjunction with AmplifyRP® Acceler8® Discovery and pathogen specific kits.

A lateral flow strip contained inside the chamber detects dual labeled (FAM & Biotin) DNA / RNA amplicons. Amplicon Detection Chambers are specifically designed to provide reliable amplicon detection while preventing their escape and contamination of future assays.
