This ELISA test is a qualitative serological assay for the detection of Spiroplasma citri (Sc), the causal agent of citrus stubborn disease, in citrus crops. Sc is a member of the Spiroplasma genus that infect the phloem of the plant and are transmitted by leafhoppers.
