ELISA Reagent Set for Poinsettia mosaic virus (PnMV)
This ELISA test is a qualitative serological assay for the detection of Poinsettia mosaic virus (PnMV) in poinsettia plants. PnMV is a member of the Tymoviridae Family known for their non-enveloped, isometric capsid-shaped virus particles. PnMV is found in most of the branched, commerical poinsettia cultivars.
