This ELISA test is a qualitative serological assay for the detection of Plantago asiatica mosaic virus (PlAMV) in ornamental bulb crop leaves. PlAMV is a member of the Potexvirus genus known for their non-enveloped, flexuous, filamentous-shaped virus particles.
