This ELISA test is a qualitative serological assay for the detection of Pelargonium flower break virus (PFBV) in both symptomatic and asymptomatic geranium leaves. PFBV is a member of the Alphacarmovirus genus known for their non-enveloped, spherical, icosahedral-shaped virus particles.
