ELISA Reagent Set for Prune dwarf virus (PDV)
This ELISA test is a qualitative serological assay for the detection of Prune dwarf virus (PDV) in stone fruit leaves. PDV is a member of the Ilarvirus genus known for their non-enveloped, quasi-spherical-shaped virus particles.
ELISA has proven to be an excellent diagnostic method for this pathogen as it reduces the time and labor involved with older techniques, such as grafting.
