This ELISA test is a qualitative serological assay for the detection of Melon necrotic spot virus (MNSV) in cucurbit leaf and seed. MNSV is a member of the Gammacarmovirus genus known for their non-enveloped, spherical, icosahedral-shaped virus particles.
