ELISA Reagent Set for High Plains wheat mosaic virus (HPWMoV)

This ELISA test is a qualitative serological assay for the detection of High Plains wheat mosaic virus (HPWMoV) in barley, corn, and wheat leaf and corn seed. HPWMoV is a member of the Emaravirus genus known for their enveloped, spherical, four-segmented genomic virus particles. This test was formerly known as High plains virus (HPV) before taxonomic reclassification.
