ELISA Reagent Set for Potato virus Y-o+c strains (PVY-o+c)
Tech Note: Recommended Method for the Identification of PVY-n
This ELISA test is a qualitative serological assay for the detection of Potato virus Y - o and c strains (PVY-o+c) in potato leaves, sprouts, and tubers. PVY-o+c is a member of the Potyvirus genus known for their non-enveloped, flexuous, filamentous virus particles.
This test is based on the use of clone MAb2, which has demonstrated detection of only the isolates of o and c groups of Potato virus Y.
