Intended Use:
This Agdia test is an immunofluorescence assay to detect Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. sepedonicus (Cms), the causal agent of bacterial ringrot of potatoes.
This test system is intended for use by persons trained in microscopic recognition of Cms and in immunohistochemistry. The test requires about 3-4 hours to complete. Slides can be viewed by fluorescence microscopy immediately or stored for later observation.
