The Agdia Bt-Cry1F ELISA is designed for single seed and single leaf detection of the
Cry1F protein expressed in Herculex® I and Herculex® XTRA seed corn.
This double antibody sandwich ELISA was developed and validated by Agdia and approved for testing Herculex® traits by DowAgro Sciences.
